PROBLEM
Field technicians maintain equipment, complete work orders, and manage parts under time pressure.
Although One River provided robust desktop software, it wasn’t designed for mobile use—forcing technicians to return to their desks to update records or check inventory, causing delays, lower productivity, and increased downtime.
OBJECTIVE
The objective was to design a mobile Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution tailored to the needs of field technicians. The solution needed to:
Provide real-time access to work orders, parts inventory, and asset data.
Enable technicians to complete tasks, request parts, and update records directly on-site.
Deliver equipment alerts to reduce downtime proactively.

The color palette is a monootone Cobalt blue theme reflective of the brand and industrial colors.
For typography selection, I chose Poppins, a versatile variable font that allows us to maintain consistency and cohesion within the same type family.
